If you find yourself in need of a return, please reach out to us via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order. Once you contact us, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which is essential for processing your return. Please note that we do not accept any returns without an RMA number.

We accept returns on products within 30 days of the delivery date, and any claim regarding damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. In case the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong product, a dead-on-arrival item, or missing pieces), we will cover the shipping costs by providing you with a prepaid shipping label. All you need to do is drop off the package at your local USPS/FedEx Office.

Before initiating a return, we kindly ask you to inspect all items upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations. When packaging the product for return, we recommend using the same protective measures as it arrived in to prevent any damage during transit. It's also advisable to purchase insurance for the return shipment, covering the full value of your order.

Please note that if you decide against purchasing insurance and the shipment arrives damaged, we cannot offer a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly issue a full refund for the purchase price if it meets our criteria. In case the return is due to a change in buyer preference, we offer the option of store credit for the full amount or a refund of the purchase price. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred during warranty claims.

Regarding the refund timeline, you can typically expect to receive your refund within two weeks of the package reaching our warehouse. However, in many cases, refunds are processed within a few business days. This time frame encompasses the transit time for us to receive the return (5-7 business days), processing the return in our warehouse (3-5 business days), and the time required for the bank to process the refund request (3-5 business days).

Packaged arrived damaged, If your product happens to arrive damaged, we understand your disappointment and want to make the replacement process as seamless as possible. At GleamxLight, we take great care in packaging and shipping our orders to minimize the risk of breakage. However, if you do encounter a damaged package, please follow these steps to ensure a quick resolution:

Step 1: Contact GleamxLight by phone or email within 72 hours of receiving the damaged product.

Step 2: Take clear photos of the packaging, materials, and the damaged items. These photos will assist us in processing your replacement request.

Step 3: We will provide you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a return shipping label to facilitate the return process.

Warranty Claim:

For warranty claims, please note that the customer is responsible for sending the product back to GleamxLights. We kindly request that the product is returned to us before we can process the warranty claim. After 30 days, GleamxLights does not provide prepaid return labels. If the specific product is no longer available or has been discontinued, we will offer a suitable alternative at our discretion. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs for warranty claims. However, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you free of charge. Please be aware that a 15% restocking fee may be applied to the credit if the item is returned without packaging after 30 days.

Please note that GleamxLights is not liable for any installation mishaps and does not reimburse for any associated installation costs. While we cover the cost of a defective product within the warranty period, any additional costs related to installation are not included. We strongly advise hiring a professional electrician for any installations to ensure proper and safe installation practices.

Lastly, please be aware that GleamxLights is not liable for any incidental, direct or indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind. This includes damages resulting from loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of business, loss of reputation, goodwill, data, information, income, anticipated savings, or loss of business relationships.
